For this week’s photo challenge, “Order,” I wanted to choose two images: one of something man-made and one of nature.
The first is of Marina City in downtown Chicago, which I first saw on a city architecture tour. I like how symmetrical and orderly the balconies look. Though most people say these buildings look like corn cobs, I get more of a flower vibe from them, especially when viewed from below.
I took this second photo in my home city of Madison, Wisconsin with my iPhone and an attached macro lens. I absolutely love how you can find orderly patterns in nature; the slight imperfections make them even better.
